Logic shares uplifting new beat "I Love You Phillip Morris"
"Retired" rapper Logic has delivered another new gift for fans via his YouTube in the form of new beat "I Love You Phillip Morris".
Back in July last year, Logic released his 'final album' No Pressure after announcing his retirement from music, and signed a seven-figure streaming deal with Twitch.
After returning with a minute-long song called "Tired in Malibu" on YouTube last month, the rapper teamed up with Madlib as MadGic, and shared first track "Mars Only pt. 3".
Over the weekend Logic uploaded another new treat for fans, this time a new beat named after the 2009 romcom I Love You Phillip Morris starring Jim Carrey and Ewan McGregor.
The uplifting beat also sees Logic sample Grandmaster Flash & The Furious Five's classic line from "The Message": "Don't push me / 'Cause I'm close to the edge / I'm trying not to lose my head."
