Yesterday (20 June), Black Country, New Road performed two socially distanced shows at Birkenhead's Future Yard venue, and wrapped up the second show with an iconic cover.
The group, known for their lengthy improvisations, rolled out a cover of ABBA's "Mamma Mia", and got the crowd involved on the anthemic choruses.
Last month Black Country, New Road delivered an alternate version of "Track X" that saw frontman Isaac Wood perform it solo on acoustic guitar.
Black Country, New Road have shared some other classic covers over the past year, including a video of them performing MGMT's "Time To Pretend".
