YACHT's so-called "sex tape" is now available to watch via Pornhub in all its gooey glory.
As many suspected, it's not exactly a real sex tape - i.e. it's clearly a hoax, and doesn't actually feature any nudity, let alone sex. Or at least human sex. It gets weird towards the end, and if you enjoy melty faces and aliens with slimy protrusions, then this is definitely for you.
Some people have been less than pleased with their PR stunt, which has "[taken] advantage of people's empathy for revenge porn victims". It began with YACHT, a real-life couple, writing that they'd had a personal tape stolen, and instead of attempting in vain to erase the tape, they decided to monetise the unfortunate situation and reclaim themselves. YACHT's promo campaign for latest LP I Thought The Future Would Be Cooler was rife with high-concept schemes and attention-grabbing stunts. This latest venture is reportedly plugging a new video for their track "I Wanna Fuck You 'Til I'm Dead".
