Tame Impala unveils "Imaginary Place" mix of The Slow Rush album
Kevin Parker has shared a hour-long alternate mix of Tame Impala's The Slow Rush album.
The Slow Rush landed on Valentine's Day, and last night (30 March), Kevin Parker shared a reimagined version of the album while people are on lockdown.
Kevin Parker calls the 57-minute mix The Slow Rush In An Imaginary Place on socials, and it sounds a bit like a loud house party going on across the road.
Parker also writes that he made it "for all you isolators out there", adding, "Headphones required for full immersive effect. See you in there".
Last month, Parker spoke about new Tame Impala music, revealing that he doesn't "want to wait four years again, or five years or whatever it was. I kind of want to go in the complete opposite way and try to do something really quickly. I think that could be a good experiment for me."
