Stream RAYE's Welcome To The Winter EP exclusively on Best Fit
London's teenage electro-R&B up-and-comer RAYE has been crafting music since she was ten, with her musically-minded family leaving an indelible mark on her mind.
She's now streaming her debut EP, Welcome To The Winter, exclusively on Best Fit.
RAYE demonstrates a sobering maturity in her music. You might expect 16/17-year-olds to be concentrating on exams or friends, but RAYE has been sculpting herself an arsenal of high-class tunes based on reality and a natural affinity for melody. The seven tracks - this is more a mini-album than a short-form EP - available are riddled with gooey emotional centres and smothered in her incredible vocal talent.
The EP, out now, was written, recorded and co-produced over the last 18 months by RAYE herself.
