Oddball producer Clarence Clarity has just released a five-track EP - but it's not quite what you think.
Titled SAME, the follow up to "Splitting Hairs" is a bombastic, stylised foray into explosive synthpop. If you've heard Clarence Clarity, you know to expect haywire samples, pitchshifted vocals, and an overwhelming sense of funky unease... if you've not heard Clarity's music before, you're in for a treat.
This EP is a bit, erm, different - it features five tracks, yes, but all five are the same track. It's very deliberate. A press release reads: "Five internet ready tracks that sound exactly the same. Or do they?"
