LA-based artist Kelsey Bulkin has debuted the majestic "Andromeda", a low-slung sliver of steely electronic pop.
Bulkin - one half of Made In Heights, who released their last LP in 2015 - struts into solodom with this self-produced piece of shimmering brilliance. She's jettisoned traditional genre conventions, fusing Francis & The Lights-esque synthwork with axe licks torn from the '80s and trappy beats, merging the worlds of intimate R&B and spaced-out rock. "Andromeda" is a starry escapade that thrives on sparkly sparseness.
"Andromeda" is out now.
