John Cale names new album 'Shifty Adventures In Nookie Wood'
The ever-prolific John Cale is set to release yet another new album.
The release in question is scheduled for an autumn due date, out 1 October, and will be called Shifty Adventures In Nookie Wood. We dread to think what that’s alluding to, but we hope it’s not the kinda thing Limp Bizkit were singing about.
The album will be come out on Double Six in the form of a heavyweight gatefold vinyl, CD as well as digital download. It was recorded in LA and features a contribution from Danger Mouse.
Did you know: John Cale has not gone more than five years since leaving Velvet Underground without releasing an album.
