With The Strokes currently on a bit of a hiatus since their low-key release of Comedown Machine and fellow member Albert Hammond Jr doing his own thing recently, it seems the perfect time for Julian Casablancas to release a new solo LP.
And that seems to be exactly what we’re going to get, with the singer hinting at an upcoming release called Voidz. As Consequence of Sound note, Casablancas’ official website was recently updated to depict the release’s probable title.
The album would be the musician’s second lone effort, following 2009′s Phrazes for the Young.
