Neon Indian reveals ambitious eight-minute short film "Slumlord Rising"
Neon Indian has shared his extended video for "Slumlord Rising", the latest single from concept LP VEGA INTL. Night School.
Alan Palomo (aka Neon Indian) has directed the short film/music vid with Tim Nackashi, which clocks in at over eight-and-a-half-minutes long, and opens with a lengthy tracking shot.
You can read the full oral biography of the record over on Yours Truly. In our review of it, we said:
"As with every Neon Indian album, VEGA INTL Night School can feel chaotic, effusive, even overwhelming at times. But, much like the proverbial “bright lights” of the city which provide the inspiration for this LP, it's dazzling, too."
VEGA INTL. Night School is out now via Transgressive.
