Listen: Enjoyed – Pieces [Best Fit Premiere]
The internet is a wonder, eh? Banking, shopping and even dating. It just speeds everything up, doesn’t it? And things are no different in the music world, where a budding muso can blossom by online aides within months.
This seems to have happened with London-based, Hampshire-born producer Enjoyed. Earlier track ‘Teeth’ was a delight of vocoder-led electronic-abstract-pop, albeit maybe a bit novice-like. But just over nine months, the man seems to have come on leaps and bounds, in the same way that you can probably gain the equvilaent knowledge of a BA degree nowadays jsut through nights spent trawling through Wikipedia.
‘Pieces’ is the new track by Enjoyed, lifted from the electronic musician’s upcoming EP on Something In Construction - home to the likes of Memory Tapes, Philco Fiction and more, sounding like early Chad Valley in his most pensive, rather than partying, of moods.
