Thurston Moore of now-defunct/dormant/who knows veteran art-rockers Sonic Youth has started a new band.
The project in question is called Chelsea Light Moving and also features guitarist Keith Wood, bassist Samara Lubelski and drummer John Moloney.

Moore recently split from wife and bandmate Kim Gordon after 27 years of marriage, but has since announced a collab with her and Yoko Ono.
Chelsea Light Moving will play their first live shows during July. Those tour dates are below:
