Sir Paul McCartney named UK's richest musician in Sunday Times Rich List
Former Beatle, Sir Paul McCartney has topped a new list compiled of the richest musicians in the UK.
The Sunday Times ‘Rich List’ found that McCartney, who released a new album last year, narrowly beat theatre titan Andrew Lloyd-Webber with an overall value of £680 million.
Elsewhere in the top five are the likes of U2 and Elton John, with ex-Spice Girl Victoria Beckham and Rolling Stones man Mick Jagger joint fifth.
