Pitted in last night’s schedule against Pyramid Stage headliners Arctic Monkeys and Nile Rodgers’ Chic, a Friday evening highlight for many would have been Portishead, with the trip-hop outfit closing the Other Stage with ‘We Carry On’.
The track is taken from the group’s third album, aptly-entitled Third, which was released in 2008 after an eleven year dry spell. You can watch that performance beneath, with the full career-spanning set available over at the BBC website.
