Tim Hecker and Oneohtrix Point Never have revealed they’re set to work on a collaborative album together.
The record will be released on Mexican Summer’s Software imprint, a first in the SSTUDIOS series, which will focus on free jazz and electronic albums.
The pair will also perform together at the Unsound Festival in Krakow, Poland, which takes place 14-21 October. They’ll also both appear at this year’s Pitchfork festival, but it’s not likely that they’ll team up there.
