Tim Burgess to host MF DOOM Twitter listening party today
Tim Burgess will kick off his 2021 Twitter listening larties this afternoon with a special tribute to MF DOOM and his Born Like This album.
After celebrating hosting over 600 Twitter listening larties in 2020, Tim Burgess has announced a special tribute listening party taking place at 4pm GMT today (1 January).
Burgess' first Twitter listening party of 2021 will be dedicated to MF DOOM's Born Like This, after news of the legendary rapper's passing was confirmed by his wife yesterday (31 December).

MF DOOM's wife Jasmine Dumile revealed in a post that the masked rapper died on 31 October. The legendary rapper was 49, and the cause of death is yet to be revealed.
Burgess will also host listening parties for The Charlatans' Live It Like You Love It from 8pm GMT, and Fatboy Slim's You've Come A Long Way, Baby from 10pm GMT.
