Sleigh Bells have dropped new single "Justine Go Genesis" today (25 August), which is a second taster of their first album in nearly five years, Texis.
After announcing Texis with the lead cut "Locust Laced" last month, Sleigh Bells have delivered a second preview of the record in the form of "Justine Go Genesis".
Texis will be the duo's first album since 2016's Jessica Rabbit, and will follow 2017's Kid Kruschev EP.
According to Pitchfork, Sleigh Bells' Derek Miller said, "We stopped worrying about whether or not we’re in or out of our comfort zone, or if we were being repetitive or formulaic."
"Justine Go Genesis" is out now. Sleigh Bells' Texis album will be released via Mom + Pop/Lucky Number on 10 September, and is available to pre-order now.
