Sasami and Mitski have spoken about a collaborative project
In a new Q+A with Best Fit, Sasami has revealed that there's a possibility of her and Mitski teaming up to collaborate on a new project.
Sasami released her self-titled debut album back in March, and Mitski dropped her Be The Cowboy record just under a year ago.
Speaking ahead of her performance at End Of The Road festival later this month, SASAMI revealed, "Mitski and I have thrown around the idea of collaborating on some sort of operatic work in the next couple years- hope to see that one come into fruition ;)"
Mitski is also due to play End Of The Road festival, and while she declined to comment on the collaboration with Sasami today, maybe Mitski can give us more insight at the festival.
