Ryan Adams has dropped a wry new tune to mark no particular harbinger of the apocalypse. It's called "Doomsday" and it's full of harmonicas.
"Doomsday" is the third track to be released from upcoming LP Prisoner (which we're very excited about), linking up with "Do You Still Love Me?" and "To Be Without You". It's a twangy '80s number with big nods to the likes of Bruce Springsteen - although it's definitely still Adams at the reins.
"Figured today was the right day to release this song," Adams explained on Instagram. It's not explicitly about anything political, but it's fitting in its own way.
