In other responses, Sawayama revealed she'd "love" to collaborate with Charli XCX, confirmed that there likely won't be a new, original single until 2022 (but added, "there might be a collab coming out this year which I’m soooooooOOOO excited about"), and discussed how her songwriting process has changed since her 2020 debut album, writing, "all songs on the new record recorded in the UK, written in about 1/20th of the time of the first one, and I’m working with some producers I’ve always dreamed of."
