Falle Nioke unveils details of his forthcoming debut album, Love From The Sea

“In the city I lived in an army camp and we were surrounded by guns. My parents moved me from Conakry to Boké in the countryside to keep me out of trouble and at that point my life changed. My focus turned from teenage rebellion to music and the path of my life slowly began to reveal itself,” Falle Nioke says about the brand new single, "Falle Le Le Le".

The album was made with the help of new and old collaborators, including Ghost Culture, Johan Hugo, and Mercury Prize winner Mike Lindsay (Tunng / LUMP).

“Falle is so much the real deal! He’s a folk musician first and foremost, but his music fuses so well with ALL the machines! Working with him is a dream," says Mike Lindsay on Falle Nioke. “I found myself playing Falle the bones of an idea and within minutes he’s on various percussion instruments, then he's straight on the mic improvising. Each take would be a mind blowing vocal. He often fuses multiple languages within one song, always with a positive life affirming message. So beautiful!”
