Ólafur Arnalds signs to Universal for new album

Icelandic musician Ólafur Arnalds has revealed he’s to release his next album on Universal.
The multi-instrumentalist has signed to the major label for the upcoming For Now I Am Winter, due 25 February 2013.
Arnalds told the Fréttablaðið newspaper:
”I have my special needs as an artist and don’t want to sacrifice anything. It worked out in the end.”
Arnalds has previously released a series of EPs and records on Erased Tapes.
