Mac DeMarco has covered Eric Clapton's "Change The World"
The original track was written for Phenomenon, a '90s film starring John Travolta. It's blurb on IMDB reads: "an ordinary man sees a bright light descend from the sky, and discovers he now has super-intelligence and telekinesis." The song won won three Grammys.
The cover by DeMarco is set to feature on a cassette from The Editorial Magazine, which also features unreleased tracks from a heap of artists, like TOPS, Sean Nicolas Savage, Mozart's Sister, Doldrums, Blood Orange, Blue Hawaii, Weyes Blood, and more. You can pre-order it now.
