Lady Gaga lends Instagram account to organisations she's donated to in bid to "amplify" their voices
Lady Gaga has revealed she'll be lending her Instagram account to multiple organisations she's recently donated to in a bid to "amplify their important voices".
The ongoing Black Lives Matter protests that have been going on across the US and around the world have overlapped with the release of her long-awaited sixth album Chromatica, which landed on 29 May.
Lady Gaga has dedicated numerous Instagram posts to the ongoing protests and speaking out for racial equality, and yesterday (4 June), Gaga also revealed that she'll be giving multiple organisations access to her Instagram account to give them a huge platform to speak from.
In her latest post, she writes, "Starting tomorrow, I’m giving over my Instagram account to each of the organisations I’ve recently donated to, in an effort to amplify their important voices. And after I vow to regularly, in perpetuity, across all of my social media platforms, post stories, content, and otherwise lift up the voices of the countless inspiring members and groups within the Black community."

In her previous post from earlier this week, Gaga also listed the organisations she has donated to, and encouraged her fans "to learn about the important work they do and how you can get involved. Black Lives Matter."
