Rapper Killer Mike revealed on Instagram that he's recovering from recent shoulder surgery with a post thanking those around him.
Although it's unclear why the Run The Jewels rapper had to have shoulder surgery in the first place, he's revealed on Instagram his gratitude towards the surgeon that "repaired" his shoulder.
Killer Mike gets fully involved with the hashtags too, writing, "#ThanksDocImBackToBalling", "#ImInAWorldOfPain" and "#IgottaRetireFromSlappinFuckBoys".
He also credits the surgeon's skills who apparently "repaired" Outkast's Big Boi and US basketball player Dwyane Wade.
I had surgery yesterday. My good friend & Dope ass surgeon @prl.md repaired my shoulder! I’m grateful that the universe put this amazing guy in my life. Doc repaired @bigboi & @dwyanewade too so I knew I was gonna be good. He & my wife didn’t allow me to get down on depressed! His staff at @orthosportandspine are amazing & took grand care of me. I appreciate them & my family & friends! #ImInAWorldOfPain #PercsNWeedAreLife #ThankDaAncestors4KeepingMe #ThanksDocImBackToBalling #IgottaRetireFromSlappinFuckBoys #FuckBoySlapperHallOfFame
Run The Jewels' last record RTJ3 arrived back in January 2017.
