Jack White’s new solo album Lazaretto may be occupying top spot in the U.S chart but that’s not all, White’s also gone and broken a vinyl sales record with the LP.
As White’s official website proudly announces, the “Ultra” edition of the record has sold 40,000 in the States in just one week, the largest figure since Soundscan data began in 1991.
Meanwhile, Lazaretto is currently also number 1 in Canada and Denmark. Read our review of it here.
