We’ve already heard an acoustic rendition of this cut from Damon Albarn’s upcoming solo album, now hear the full studio version.
“Lonely Press Play” is lifted from the Blur frontman’s lone debut Everyday Robots, out in April, with its video streaming beneath. The clip was recorded entirely on Albarn’s tablet, comprising of travel footage to Tokyo, North Korea, Iceland and more.
Meanwhile, the singer went on record at last night’s NME Awards to confirm that his band have recorded new material, but that an entire album is still a while away.
