Bon Iver returns with two new singles "Hey, Ma" and "U (Man Like)"
Bon Iver has returned with a double dose of new tracks, "Hey, Ma" and "U (Man Like)".
After closing London's All Points East festival last night (2 June), Bon Iver debuted two new tracks while festival-goers were leaving the grounds.
"Hey, Ma" and "U (Man Like)" are the first new tracks from Bon Iver since 2016's 22, A Million record.
The first single features additional vocals and guitar from Wye Oak's Jenn Wasner, and is co-written by Justin Vernon, Brad Cook, and BJ Burton.
"U (Man Like)" includes vocal contributions from Moses Sumney, Wasner, Bryce Dessner and the Brooklyn Youth Chorus, and more. Vernon's frequent collaborator Bruce Hornsby also plays piano and sings on the single.
