Biffy Clyro push back album release date due to coronavirus
Biffy Clyro have revealed they're delaying the release of their A Celebration of Endings album due to the coronavirus outbreak.
The Scottish rockers were expected to release their new LP on 15 May, but have decided to push back the release date to August in light of the current coronavirus crisis.
Biffy Clyro have also released a statement explaining the postponement. They write, "After careful consideration over the past few weeks, we’ve made the difficult decision to move the release of A Celebration of Endings back to August 14th. With all of the turmoil and anxiety that the Coronavirus situation is causing in everyone’s lives, we decided that it would have felt wrong to have continued with our original release plan. Music is of course important, but there are bigger issues at stake right now."
It's not all doom and gloom though, as they've announced a Facebook live session taking place today (27 March) from 6pm GMT, which will see lead vocalist Simon Neil play some songs.

So far, the band have released two singles from their new album - "End Of" and "Instant History".
A Celebration of Endings will be their first record since 2016's Ellipsis.
