
Hayley Williams revives Petals for Armor account and shares old voice note demos
Hayley Williams has revived the Instagram account named after her debut solo album, Petals for Armor, and has shared a series of demos from the writing and recording process.
Five years on from the release of her debut solo album, Petals for Armor, Paramore vocalist Hayley Williams has uploaded 22 clips of voice notes which feature moments of her demoing tracks which would go on to feature on the album, including lead single "Simmer", as well as the boygenius collaboration "Roses, Lotus, Iris, Violet".
A new audio message has been posted on the Petals For Armor Instagram page, teasing new music from Hayley Williams!

Taking to her Instagram Stories, she shared another voice note which featured a snippet of the track, "Jumping Inside" by Mammoth City Messengers, which she featured on as a young teenager, before she joined Paramore. In the clip, she is talking over the song: "I said I was going to try, I'm sorry. I can't do it right now â I want to but I accidentally started making music," which leads fans to believe that she might be working on a new solo album.
Williams recently featured on a collaboration with Moses Sumney as well as a track on the forthcoming Turnstile album, NEVER ENOUGH, alongside Blood Orange.
