Amelia Coburn and The Manatees among second wave of names for Twisterella Festival 2024
Celebrating its tenth anniversary this year, the award-winning Middlesbrough music festival Twisterella have announced the second wave of acts joining them on Saturday 12 October.
Amongst the latest announcement are Amelia Coburn, The Manatees and Sunflower Thieves, who will be joining previously announced acts including the likes of noisy Norwegians Pom Poko and Martha, Sun King, GANS and and Shakk.
In the years since its inception, the event has become a central part of the north east’s flourishing music scene and was recognised with an AIF Independent Festival Award in 2019 for its innovative approach to developing and showcasing new talent.
Now celebrating its tenth year, Twisterella has previously played host to established acts such as Sam Fender, Pip Blom, Dream Wife and Prima Queen, whilst the festival's co-promoters have a proven track record of bringing exciting talent to the region having hosted early shows for the likes of The 1975, Wolf Alice, Alt-J, Daughter and many more.
Twisterella takes place across multiple venues in Middlesborough on 12 October. For more information, and to purchase a ticket, visit twisterella.co.uk.
