Bunny's airy single "Let Me Be Your Dog" is a languid slight on feminine dependency in love

Lightly glazed with a soft grunge sheen, there are undeniable echoes of The Velvet Underground in Chicago outfit Bunny's second single "Let Me Be Your Dog".
Jessica Viscius' beautifully murmured vocals encapsulate a delicate sarcasm aimed at the tired tropes of feminine frailty and submission. A vague insincerity in the hazy delivery of the lyrics matches a playfully cool guitar tone just on the edge of clean, leaving "Let Me Be Your Dog" to float delightfully between dream pop and bedroom rock.
