Building on the dense, woozy home recorded blueprint of their 2010 debut album Ghost Blonde, Montreal based trio No Joy return on 22 April with Wait To Pleasure.
With the freedom of a professional studio environment, the new record sees the group embrace an even greater wealth of sounds yet still has them firmly rooted in the shoegaze club.
‘Hare Tarot Lies’, the latest track to be revealed from Wait To Pleasure, is a slowburning mood piece that possesses the right balance of natural cool and down trodden sass to confidently poke its head above the oft crowded noise-pop genre.
Wait to Pleasure is due for release on the 22 April via Mexican Summer.
