Veronica Falls singer to feature on new Franz Ferdinand album
With Franz Ferdinand set to drop a new album this year, singer Alex Kapranos has been answering some fan questions about the record over Twitter. And one interesting thing revealed is that Veronica Falls vocalist Roxanne Clifford is to sing on the LP.
The news came when one fan asked if the Clifford (pictured, centre right) was the person depicted on the cover of 2005 single ‘Do You Want To’, which led Kapranos to confirm this and reveal her guest slot on the forthcoming release.
Kapranos wrote:
“@jameeess: is the model on the Do You Want To cover Roxanne Clifford from Veronica Falls?” Yes. She also sings a little on the new LP.
