PJ Harvey’s critically-acclaimed record Let England Shake has been heralded once more, winning an Ivor Novello award this evening.
The album was awarded an Ivor Novello accolade for Album of the Year at today’s ceremony taking place in Central London.
Other nominees in the category included Adele ( for her album 21) and Kate Bush (for 50 Words For Snow).
In other categories, Adele won Music Most Performed Work award for ‘Rolling In The Deep’ and Songwriter Of The Year, while Lana Del Rey bagged Best Contemporary Song for ‘Video Games’.
