Kanye West to release new material “in a couple of months”

Kanye West has dropped a hint that a new album, or at least some new music, is due in a “couple of months”.

Speaking to a Paris crowd last night, the rapper said on stage: “I’ve been working on my new s**t, I’ll be back in a couple of months.”

This follows the hip-hop star’s headline-grabbing London outings over the weekend, in which Kanye went on an eleven minute rant.

The new record will be the follow-up to 2010′s My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.
