Gucci Mane issued arrest warrant after alleged assault

Atlanta police have issued an arrest warrant for U.S rapper Gucci Mane.
Mane, who was at a club in the city for the release party of his new mixtape Trap Back 2, is said to have assaulted a man who asked for a photograph with the hip-hop star.
Pitchfork report that a disagreement ensued, leading to Gucci hitting the man over the head with a champagne bottle.
The victim, allegedly a member of the U.S army, was later taken to hospital where he received ten stitches.
Meanwhile, Gucci Mane is set to appear in the upcoming Harmony Korine film Spring Breakers alongside James Franco.
