Coldplay's Chris Martin to become mentor on U.S version of The Voice

Having recently perfected his best Justin Vernon impression, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin will build up to his band’s upcoming new album release by cameo-ing as a mentor on The Voice.
As Stereogum report, Martin will appear in four episodes of the NBC talent show – advising a different member of the judging panel in each show. This stint will begin next Monday (24 March).
Meanwhile, Coldplay will release new LP Ghost Stories in May.
