A new film based on New York punk institution CBGB is to be released later this year.
The Randall Miller-directed movie will tell the story of the famous nightclub and gig venue and feature the likes of Alan Rickman as founder Hilly Kristal, Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins as Iggy Pop, Rupert Grint as Cheetah Chrome and guest spots from Richard Hell, David Byrne and Television frontman Tom Verlaine.
No due date has yet been confirmed for the flick.
