David Bowie has premiered the second track to be released from his upcoming record The Next Day.
‘The Stars (Are Out Tonight)’ is more upbeat affair that pitches a sound somewhere between Lodger and Scary Monsters with a video featuring Tilda Swinton and a Bowie far more sprightly than the news coverage of recent years would suggest.

The Next Day is released on 11 March in the UK. Bowie’s guitarist Gerry Leonard recently told Rolling Stone that there’s a 50/50 chance that Bowie will tour the record.
