Exclusive: Dante reveals cinematic video for new single "Champagne Problems"
Riding on the success of long awaited debut album True Emotion, Stockholm based songwriter Dante returns today with new single "Champagne Problems" - a moving ode to escapism, albeit one filled with a sense of desperation.
"Tonight, I don't care. Take me away to another place, where there's no dreams to be broken", sings guest vocalist Adiam over a breezy neon flecked backdrop whilst Dante simply shrugs nonchalantly, "don't bother me tonight". The duet equalling a perfect balance of light and shade.
Indeed, it's the balance act of lightness and darkness that fuels the accompanying video starring Swedish actress Evin Ahmad who portrays a character well on the road to self destruction. Director 심연 (Simeon) explains the nature of the scenes: "We human beings search for kicks and thrills in so many ways to get along with our daily worries and restlessness." Whilst Dante simply adds: "(It's) about always seeking kicks".

The "Champagne Problems" single comes packaged with three brand new remixes including a meditative 22 minute long reimagining by Stockholm based producer and Best Fit Recordings alumni HNNY which premieres exclusively below.
