Evolving over two years and recorded with Jorge Elbrecht (Lansing-Dreiden, Violens, Ariel Pink), Gilding the Lily is the third long-player from LA-based Devon Williams.
Following up Carefree (2008) and Euphoria (2011), Gilding the Lily finds Williams’ intricate songcraft finely balanced between the accessible and complex. It’s a beautiful record released just in time for hazy summer nights…listen below.
