Watch Polaris Prize winner Lido Pimienta in an a cappella session

Lido Pimienta won the Polaris Music Prize last year for her second album La Papessa, a personal account of womanhood, independence, and individuality set to experimental electronics inspired by her own musical roots.
Doing away with the electronics and intense percussive section of her live shows, the Canadian singer treated us to an a cappella version of new track "Para Transcribir" in Reykjavik, in between her shows at Iceland Airwaves.
Lido Pimienta is touring Europe in June after a string of shows in the US:
