DICE Girls Music Day focuses on inspiring young women to get involved in the music industry, both on stage and behind the scenes.
Its second installment took place at Sonos Studios in July and we were lucky enough to get an analogue pictorial of the day taken by Laura Marling, Jen Long, Josie Robinson and DICE.
The event featured guest talks, Q&As and tutorials spanning everything from instruments to PR & AR, with speakers including Laura Marling, Lucy Rose, Jamz Supernova (BBC 1Xtra), Naomi Williams (Totem PR), Laura Taylor (Everybody’s), Helen Kennedy (Virgin EMI), Jayne Stynes and Anna Prior (Metronomy). Lauren Aquilina wrote about the importance of Girls Music Day for us ahead of the inaugural session.
