
Oscar Farrell announces second EP, So Far South featuring Sampha collaboration
London-based producer and DJ Oscar Farrell has announced his forthcoming second EP, So Far South, alongside the release of his brand new single "Dream Therapy", featuring Sampha.
Speaking about the collaboration Oscar Farrell says: “When this track started to take shape I would’ve never imagined managing to make something that sums up so much of who I am and how I feel. I’m so grateful to Sampha for sharing this process with me and being someone to confide in along the way”
The news of So Far South also marks one year of dh2 — the label run by George Daniel (The 1975) — with Oscar Farrell appearing at their anniversary party at Phonox, yesterday (10 July) The connection with Daniel runs deep as the two co-produced recent single “volc3”.
