Lizzo and Jack Black make a cameo on Star Wars: The Mandalorian
The duo play a couple in their surprise cameo in the fifth episode of season three.
This is the second time there have been celebrity cameos on the show, with Jason Sudeikis and Adam Pally playing troopers in The Mandalorian’s season one.
Cast as Plazir-15’s royals Bombardier and The Duchess, Jack Black and Lizzo meet the likes of Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal), Grogu and Bo-Katan (Katee Sackhoff) whilst they are on an adventure. The Episode also featured Back to the Future’s Christopher Lloyd, who played Commissioner Helgait.
Whilst the cameo has been divisive online, Lizzo took to Instagram to share a heartfelt post about how much the series means to her, as Star Wars was something she bonded over with her late father when she was a child.
Meanwhile on his own account, Black shared a picture of the pair together and expressed how much he enjoyed working with Lizzo.
Lizzo recently released the superhero-inspired video for her latest single "Special".
