Wolf Alice announce debut album My Love Is Cool
Wolf Alice have announced the release of their debut record My Love Is Cool, and are streaming the lead single, "Giant Peach", to celebrate.
The group were longlisted for the BBC Sound Of 2015, and their Creature Songs EP was named our Best EP Of 2014.
Mike Crossey (Foals, Black Keys) has produced their first full-length record, and the band's Ellie Rowsell has told NME that "it's 100% not a grunge record. It's a much braver record than that... there's a mix of genres on it. We're using our instruments in different ways, like Joff [Oddie] using his guitar as a synth."
My Love Is Cool will be released by Dirty Hit on 22 June.
Check out "Giant Peach" below. The band's upcoming UK and Ireland dates can be found afterwards.
