Watch Spoon perform a new song called "Satellite"
Footage of Spoon performing a new song called "Satellite" has emerged; it was recorded at Houston's House Of Blues on 30 December last year.
It's the first piece of fresh sound since the band released They Want My Soul last year. The band took a lengthy hiatus after the releae of 2010's Transeference, but in our interview with Britt Daniel, he said he -at least - was keen to keep the ball rolling: “I’m actually really looking forward to getting back out there. I want to tour a while on this record; it feels like that’s what we should be doing, for now at least. I’m really into it. Hopefully, I won’t be the only one.”
Spoon's They Want My Soul is out now via Loma Vista. You can read why we gave it 8.5/10 here.
