Ty Segall announces 19-track record Freedom's Goblin
Staying true to his reputation as a prolific master of noise, Ty Segall has announced a new album featuring 19 tracks.
Freedom's Goblin follows up Segall's self-titled record from earlier this year and his Fried Shallots EP which was released to raise money for the ACLU.
Segall and his label Drag City dropped the exciting bombshell last night via Conan O'Brien's talk show. As well as O'Brien announcing the LP, Segall and the Freedom Band took to the stage to perform new tune and album opener "Fanny Dog".
The album's mighty tracklist includes a heap of already-shared material, including "My Lady's On Fire", "Meaning", "The Main Pretender", and "Alta". By the looks of things it also includes a cover of Hot Chocolate's "Every 1's A Winner".
