The Flaming Lips team up with Ke$ha for Stone Roses cover

The Flaming Lips recently confirmed that their bizarre in-the-works collab album with Ke$ha, regrettably entitled Lip$ha, will mostly likely never see the light of day. They have, however, teamed up on the new Stones Roses covers album Wayne Coyne and co recently put out.
The covers LP, The Time Has Come To Shoot You Down…What A Sound was released in the States for Record Store Day: Black Friday, with Ke$ha’s contribution on “Elizabeth My Dear” remaining uncredited due to objections from her label’s boss Dr Luke.
You can, however, listen to a vinyl rip of that team-up below, via Stereogum.
